Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return if you change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly listed on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out for clarification.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
